11/13: Jenzabar/LEARN maintenance

Our Jenzabar system will undergo vendor testing at the following times: 

• NYC: Wednesday, Nov. 13 from 3 p.m. EST – Thursday, Nov. 14 at 3 a.m. EST
• Qatar: Wednesday, Nov. 13 from 11 p.m. AST – Thursday, Nov. 14 at 11 a.m. AST 

How will this affect you? 

The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance: 

·        Jenzabar EX client users via Remote Desktop (NYC and Qatar)

·        PowerFAIDS client users via Remote Desktop (NYC only)

·        LEARN web portal users via https://learn.weill.cornell.edu/ICS/ (New York)

·        QLEARN web portal users via https://qlearn.qatar-weill.cornell.edu/ICS/ (Qatar)
