11/14: Possible Office 365 connection issues 7pm-9pm

Description

On November 14th, 2019 from 7pm-9pm, ITS will perform scheduled maintenance on our Active Directory (ADFS) server, which manages logins to our Office 365 service. 

How does this affect me?
Access to Office 365 may be affected in several ways:

  • Office 365 email, calendar, and web applications (Word, OneDrive) may be inaccessible.
  • If you are logged into O365 on your smart phone or computer you may lose your connection and be asked to sign in again. This may happen multiple times throughout the maintenance window.
  • If you are attempting to access O365 from outside the WCM network you will also receive multiple Duo prompts. This may happen multiple times throughout the maintenance window.
  • Issues may persist 24-48 hours after the change.
