12/11: BI Reporting downtime

ITS will be performing maintenance on the Weill Business Gateway’s (WBG) BI Reporting application at the following times: 

• NYC: Wednesday, Dec. 11 from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. EST  
• Qatar: Thursday, Dec. 12 from 1 a.m. – 6 a.m. AST

How does this affect you?

While WBG will still be accessible, BI Reporting will not be available during the maintenance window.  

What do you need to do?

Please plan accordingly and run any urgent reports in BI prior to the maintenance.
