12/24: Citrix maintenance affecting myApps

ITS will be performing emergency maintenance on our Citrix system on Tuesday, Dec. 24 from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.  

How will this affect you?

You may experience a brief disruption in service for any application that uses myApps, including Epic, Weill Business Gateway, Weill Research Gateway, and others. 

What do you need to do?

If you are attempting to access any myApps applications during the maintenance window, you may be disconnected from service. We recommend waiting a few minutes, and then reconnecting.
