12/6: Maintenance affecting several ITS services

On Friday, Dec. 6, ITS will be performing maintenance that will affect the following services: 

• Online Research Binder (ORB)
• REDCap
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• decode.weill.cornell.edu
• vm.med.cornell.edu
• Nexus

How will this affect you?

You may experience intermittent connectivity with the aforementioned services between 9 p.m. – midnight.

What do you need to do?

Please plan accordingly and access any of the aforementioned services prior to the maintenance.
