1/3: Jenzabar upgrade

Description

ITS will be conducting an upgrade of the Jenzabar Student Information System to assist Student Accounting with completing 1098-Ts more efficiently for students enrolled at WCM.

The upgrade will take place at the following times:

NYC:

Friday, Jan. 3 at 5 p.m. – Saturday, Jan. 4 at 12 midnight EST

Qatar:

Saturday, Jan. 4 at 1 a.m. – 8 a.m. AST

How Will This Affect You?

You will experience intermittent connectivity to the following services during the upgrade:

Jenzabar J1 client via Remote Desktop (New York and Qatar)
PowerFAIDS client via Remote Desktop (New York only)
LEARN web portal via https://learn.weill.cornell.edu/ICS/ (New York only)

NetPartner – Student financial aid self-service portal
Nelnet – Student account self-service portal
Gallagher – Student health plan portal

QLEARN web portal via https://qlearn.qatar-weill.cornell.edu/ICS/ (Qatar only)

Please plan accordingly and complete any critical transactions in Jenzabar prior to the upgrade.
