To resolve an issue with our Ctrix infrastructure, ITS will be performing an emergency reboot that will end user myApps sessions in a rolling fashion. Users actively connected to myApps will receive an alert before the reboot occurs.
Users accessing Weill Business Gateway should connect to WBG directly in their web browser at wbg.weill.cornell.edu.
Users accessing Weill Research Gateway should connect to WRG directly in their web browser at wrg.weill.cornell.edu.
We expect these reboots to complete around 2PM ET.
