Description

On Friday, Feb 28th from 7 pm – 11 pm, ITS will be upgrading our Ivanti EPMM our Mobile Device Management System (MDM), formerly known as MobileIron.

How Will This Affect You?

During the maintenance window:

  • Devices will not be able to check in to the Ivanti EPMM server using the Mobile@Work app.
  • The WCM App Store will not be accessible on mobile devices to install new apps.
  • New devices cannot be registered. 

All other WCM services will be accessible to devices, such as Microsoft 365 apps, Wifi, and any apps already installed on the devices. Once the upgrade is complete, devices will start checking in again automatically.
