RESOLVED: Issue with inbound calls to WCM phone numbers

Description

Update (12:30 PM): This incident has been resolved. If you observe phone system issues, please contact the ITS Service Desk.

Update (11:23 AM): Service is being restored and we are seeing external calls successfully completing. ITS continues to monitor the issue to ensure full resolution to all phone services.

Original alert (10:40 AM):

ITS is working to resolve an issue affecting inbound calls to WCM phone numbers. 

Callers from outside of the Weill Cornell phone system may experience a busy signal or “your call cannot be completed as dialed” message.

Outbound calls are not affected.
