RESOLVED: User Access Issues with ORB

Update (5:02 PM):

The service disruption affecting the Online Research Binder (ORB) system has now been resolved and fully functional. A bug in a data feed between systems caused a number of users to become inactivated. All user access has been restored.

The ORB team and internal IT teams are working on finding the root cause to remediate this issue from reoccurring. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding

Users have reported they cannot access ORB - Online Research Binder.  The InfoEd and ORB support teams are aware of the issue and are working on a solution.
