ITS is aware of an issue with TrustCommerce, our credit card processing vendor, that is causing all credit card machines at Weill Cornell, NYP and Columbia to not function. We are monitoring the vendors progress as they attempt to resolve the issue.
Who this message is for:
All Epic users who process payments.
What is happening:
You may not be able to process credit card payments at this time. The appropriate teams have been notified and are working on resolving the issue.
How this will affect you:
You may receive a “Decline” error message when trying to process payments from a credit card.
