ITS is aware of an issue logging into the Rightfax site. ITS is working on it and you will be notified once the issue is resolved.

Incoming faxes are still being processed, and are being delivered via email/distribution list, printer, or Sharepoint (if configured that way).
You can be able to access Rightfax Accounts at the moment.
The new version, however, has an added step in the login, where users have to put in their CWID before being redirected to the SSO login page.
