6/12-6/16: Panopto downtime

ITS will be performing a scheduled upgrade of our Panopto service from Monday, June 12 at 8am – Friday, June 16 at 7pm EST.

How will this affect you?
In this upgrade we will move to Panopto version 5.3, which has the following benefits:

• Improved quality of videos and live streaming 
• Full vendor support
• New features such as advanced captioning functions, in-video quizzes, and enhanced editing 

What do you need to do?
Panopto will not be available during the downtime window. Please plan accordingly and download any videos you may need before the downtime. We have scheduled this upgrade to occur after the end of the academic semester to minimize disruption.
