Coming Soon: Sponsored Programs module in WRG

WCM’s research administrative offices and ITS will be releasing the new Sponsored Programs module within the Weill Research Gateway (WRG) this summer. This WRG-SP module will provide a comprehensive portal for research-related documents, such as Grants and Sponsored Research Agreements.
 
WRG-SP will adapt to your submission and only prompt relevant questions based on your document type, saving you time and effort. Submissions are routed through the system for departmental and central office approval, providing maximum visibility and transparency throughout the review and submission process.

When will I receive access to WRG-SP?

The module is currently being released in phases to various departments, with a full launch expected in June. We expect grant and contract submissions to be accepted through the module college-wide by mid-summer.
 

How can I learn more about WRG-SP?

More details will be released in the coming weeks. In the meantime, you can invite OSRA to speak with your department to prepare your office for WRG-SP’s release by contacting wrg-support@med.cornell.edu.
