ePlus enhancements coming on August 15

Effective August 15, changes will be made to the ePlus portal to enhance the way you order computers at WCM. These enhancements include:

• More computer model options: Additional options will be available for both desktops and laptops. These options and their specs will be posted on ePlus and the ITS website on August 15.

• Changes to ePlus interface: When you’re redirected to ePlus, you’ll notice links that will allow you to select:
  • “Ready-to-Ship” options that include pre-configured computers that ship within 8 business days or fewer.
  • Custom options with new computer models and commonly-requested configurations.  

ePlus downtime on August 14

In preparation for these changes, ePlus will be unavailable on Monday, August 14 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Please make sure you plan accordingly and order your computers before or after the downtime.
