FI Month End Closing Schedule January 2026

All Grant JV's requiring upload or release by Accounting must be received by/submitted to General Accounting no later than 12 pm on  02/04/2026. Entries submitted after the deadline will be posted to the following month.

All other JV's requiring upload or release by General Accounting must be received by/submitted to General Accounting no later than 12 pm on 02/05/2026.

Accounting Close for January is 02/06/2026.

February 4, 2026:  P-Card allocation and approval due

February Payroll dates:

February 6th and 20th - Non-Exempt Time Sheets due in Finance
February 2nd and 16th - Exempt Time Sheets due in Finance
February 18th - Supplemental Compensation Detail due
February 13th - Payroll Date (NY)
February 27th - Payroll Date (NY) with Supplemental Compensation
February 12th - Payroll Date (Qatar
February 26th - Payroll Date (Qatar
