Holiday hours for ITS Service Desk

The ITS Service Desk will operate on a holiday schedule for the next two weeks. Please refer to this schedule if you need assistance via phone or in person at the SMARTDesk in the Library Commons:

Wednesday, December 24 (Christmas Eve)

Phone support: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
SMARTDesk in the Wood Library: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Thursday, December 25 (Christmas Day)

Phone support and walk-in service at the SMARTDesk will be unavailable.

Wednesday, December 31 (New Year's Eve)

Phone support: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
SMARTDesk in the Wood Library: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Thursday, January 1 (New Year's Day)

Phone support and walk-in service at the SMARTDesk will be unavailable.

Please note that if you experience a technical issue during one of these days, you can always submit a ticket via support@med.cornell.edu or myhelpdesk.med.cornell.edu and one of our technicians will respond as soon as possible.
