ITS: A Year in Review
It’s been a busy year for ITS! We launched an array of new and enhanced services at WCMC, with plenty more on the horizon. Here’s a quick glance of just a few of the services we launched this year.

Save the Date for SMARTFest 2015
Mark your calendar! ITS and the Wood Library will be hosting the 2nd Annual SMARTFest on Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Like our Inaugural SMARTFest, all WCMC faculty, students and staff are invited to tour the Library Commons area and meet with ITS and Library staff, as well as vendors, to learn more about our services and how they can help you with your work at the college. Additionally, there will be refreshments, giveaways, and handy information you can take with you regarding our services.

The Cornell Store at Weill Cornell now open
Looking for a holiday gift? Retail services are now available to the Weill Cornell Medical College year-round, through a new store developed by The Cornell Store together with the Weill Medical College Library. The new store—called The Cornell Store at Weill Cornell—is located at 1300 York Avenue at 69th Street, at the entrance to the Wood Library. This store features high quality apparel and gift items celebrating Weill Cornell Medical College and Cornell University, academic supplies, and services to assist faculty and staff with sourcing computer hardware and accessories.

The ITS Service Desk will be operating on a holiday schedule for the next few weeks. Please refer to this schedule if you need assistance via phone or in person at the SMARTDesk in the Library Commons:
Wednesday, December 24 (Christmas Eve)
Phone support: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
SMARTDesk in the Wood Library: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Thursday, December 25 (Christmas Day)
Phone support and walk-in service at the SMARTDesk will be unavailable.
Wednesday, December 31 (New Year’s Eve)
Phone support: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
SMARTDesk in the Wood Library: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Thursday, January 1 (New Year’s Day)
