ITS is pleased to announce the partnership between the Educational Technology Group (ETG), formerly known as Web Services part of Academic Affairs, and User Support Group (USG). This new relationship will provide a more convenient way to receive support on education-related applications. As a result, the ITS Service Desk will now be a "one-stop" shop for all ITS and ETG support.
Effective Tuesday, April 9, users requiring assistance with the following educational services should contact the ITS Service Desk:
- Angel
- Jenzabar
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- WCMC-supported iPad Apps, including iAnnotate, Pages, Keynote, Blackboard Mobile, and MobileIron
- Education Center iMacs
