After an extensive process of user interviews, internal research, and web development, I'm pleased to announce the launch of the new ITS web site and service catalog, available immediately at:
We have designed the new site to provide a comprehensive catalog of all the services ITS provides for the WCMC community, with easier access to information and updates on new services, advisories, and system status.
