Microsoft recently set forth plans to retire the Wiki portion of Teams in January 2024. If you are currently using the Wiki tab in any of your Team channels, you can only access the data in read-only mode, and will be unable to make edits to this tab:
What do you need to do?
If you are not an owner of a Teams channel that includes a Wiki, please disregard this message.
If you are the owner of a Teams channel that includes a Wiki, and:
- No longer need the information in your Wiki: You can delete the Wiki tab by selecting the dropdown menu arrow next to the Wiki tab and clicking Remove.
- Still need the information in your Wiki tab: Follow these quick instructions on how to migrate your Wiki data into a new Notes tab within your channel. Although the duration depends on how much data is in your Wiki tab, this process usually takes just a few seconds.
