More than 200 attend special Excel Month series

During the month of March, ITS hosted a special month of Tech Tuesday demos focused exclusively on Microsoft Excel. The four-week series touched on helpful everyday tips, Analysis for Excel, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP. In total, 238 people visited the library for Excel Month, a record-breaking number of attendees in the three years since ITS launched its Tech Tuesday program.

Excel training

Due to the popularity of Excel Month, ITS is currently reviewing its training offerings to see how we can expand our Excel training to help more people at WCM. If you need immediate Excel assistance, we do have plenty of online resources:

• The Excel Tips Weekly series offers short videos that can help you master Excel bit by bit. 
• The Excel 2016 Essentials course is a comprehensive course on Lynda.com that you can take all at once, or whenever you have a minute. 
• Skillsoft also has a comprehensive list of resources.
• We also have a series of helpful Excel videos on our official ITS YouTube channel.

What should we demonstrate next?
