New Conflicts of Interest (COI) survey enhancements

The Weill Research Gateway (WRG) was recently upgraded to include enhancements to our Conflicts of Interest (COI) survey. Here’s what you will see the next time you submit your annual survey: 

• Family Members question: Within your COI survey, you are now required to disclose family members employed by WCM. When prompted, you should click the Add link to list your family member(s) if applicable.

• Open Payments section: This new section is only for physicians; WCM strongly encourages all physicians to review what is published under their name and National Physician Identifier on the Open Payments website and, where necessary, dispute any incorrect information.   

COI survey training

Visit the ITS website for more information on how to submit an updated COI survey. Remember, all employees are required to submit financial conflicts at least once a year, or any time they develop a new financial relationship related to their responsibilities at WCM. These new relationships must be reported in WRG within 30 days of their occurrence.
