ITS has implemented a series of enhancements to our Purchasing application to improve the experience of approving Shopping Carts. These apply to the new Shopping Cart Approval tile accessed via My Workspace. Details about the enhancements are below.
1. Shopping Cart Approval Screen
- Added Approval Level detail to help Approver know at which level he/she is approving the cart
2. Account Assignment Changes Screen
- Added Fund # and description, and Internal Order # and description where applicable
- Split account assignments will show as "Multiple"
3. Shopping Cart Approval Screen (detailed level)
- Added details to shipping information like Room #, Floor #, and email address
