ITS is pleased to announce extended hours of operation at our SMARTDesk located at 1300 York Avenue in the Medical Library. The Weill Cornell community can bring their IT-related questions and issues to our SMARTDesk technicians until 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The new schedule will be:
Monday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Thursday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Additionally, the ITS Service Desk can be contacted via email at support@med.cornell.edu or by calling 212-746-4878 (x6-4878 on campus) from Monday through Friday any time between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
