Learn more about RStudio, an open-source program for statistical analysis, and RShiny, a technique for deploying graphs, tables, and other data visualizations to an interactive website. Our Research Informatics team can walk you through how WCM faculty can use RStudio and RShiny for research, including how to conduct collaborative work, use high-power computing resources, or publish a dashboard or web application that others can view – even if the data are secured. Find out how you can gain access to these tools at our next session.
