Training, Recruitment & more launch in WBG

ITS and Human Resources just launched a variety of new modules and features within the Weill Business Gateway (WBG) to help you perform useful tasks for day-to-day operations.

My Workspace

My Workspace is the new hub to access several modules in WBG from one convenient place. Depending on your role, My Workspace will provide links to your new learning portal, shopping cart approvals (Universal Worklist), recruitment and onboarding, and time management. 

To find your My Workspace menu, just click the My Workspace tab when you log into WBG.

Learning Management System

Our new Learning Management System (LMS) replaces our older Weill Training Management System (WTMS). The LMS now allows you to register for training, and then launch online training directly in the same application, in lieu of having to move over to the Courses website. Additionally, you can track your learning progress and peruse our course catalog for courses you are eligible to take. Visit our LMS page for more information on how to register for courses. 

Recruitment & Onboarding

Recruitment & Onboarding management is available to specific employees who are regularly involved in the hiring and onboarding process. For recruitment, hiring managers can:

• Initiate and submit position requisitions
• Review candidate applications shared by their recruiter
• Choose candidates they’d like to interview
• Document feedback and disposition candidates
• Approve a new hire’s job offer details

Once a candidate has been selected, they can complete their new hire paperwork online. At the same time, HR staff and hiring managers can track the new employee’s progress in the Onboarding Management System.
