ITS is continually making enhancements to our identity systems to improve the user experience and security. On April 22, the first of a series of changes will be performed by upgrading our Microsoft 365 authentication system.
What does this mean for you?
- After the change is made, you will be prompted to re-login to your Microsoft 365 services, like Outlook email and Teams, on your computers and smartphones. The login prompt may take up to 24 hours to appear after the change occurs.
- If you use Microsoft 365 services like Power BI, Power Automate, or Bookings please access these accounts and re-login to ensure minimal to no interruption of services.
- You’ll see a slightly different login screen when you access your Microsoft 365 email account from a web browser (O365.weill.cornell.edu).
- You will still be prompted to use Duo if logging in off-campus.
