Update: WTMS has been retired and replaced with LMS.
The Weill Training Management System (WTMS) is now available as a pilot to all Weill Cornell employees! This new
service will change the way employees register and take training by offering a centralized system you can access
online.
How does WTMS work?
The system offers a way for you to view our available
courses catalog, self-register, and also take some courses online or in person. The WTMS Tour below offers an
in-depth look at how the system works. You can watch the entire self-paced eLearning in one go, or just click on
specific chapters.
What courses can I take?
The pilot launch includes a handful of courses that will expand over
the coming months. The following departments have released content:
- Information Technologies & Services (ITS)
- Human Resources (NYC)
- Human Resources (Qatar)
- The Office of Billing Compliance & Security
- Research Animal Resource Center (RARC)
Please be advised that the courses you see reflect what you may need to take based on your role at the
College. However, all current employees will be required to retake their HIPAA certification with WTMS. More details
on this will be sent to your individual department.
