What is myITS?

myITS is a legacy ITS application that was used by departmental administrators to view ITS billing statements.

Why can't I log into myITS? 

Effective Nov. 21, myITS is retired. All billing statement functionality was migrated to Weill Business Gateway in 2018. You can access your latest billing statements using BI Reports.

To access BI Reports from the Weill Business Gateway: 

  • Login to Weill Business Gateway via Citrix myApps
  • Find and click on the BI Launch Pad tile.
  • Find ITS Billing Details under Public Folders > Enterprise Services > Finance > Funds Management.

What should I do if I needed historical billing information?

If you need historical ITS billing details from periods not available in BI Reports, submit a request using the General IT Request Form at myHelpdesk.
