The reboot of the impacted server is complete. You should be able to access and use BI Reports normally. 

Update on Issue with WBG BI Reporting 

 To restore service, we will be performing a reboot of the impacted servers today Thursday, November 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 

How will this affect you?  

BI Reports will be unavailable for approximately one hour.

Wednesday, November 11:

We are observing inconsistent behavior with a few Business Intelligence (BI) reports in the Weill Business Gateway. You may receive an error while trying to access or process the reports.

What do you need to do? 

If you try to access a BI report and it doesn't retreive any results, you can try the following workaround methods:

  • Open your browser and clear history before you run the report
  • Open your browser window in Incognito mode
