Description
On Saturday, Dec. 19 at 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., ITS will continue its troubleshooting of our Cisco VPN firewalls to resolve an issue with the service.
How will this affect you?
While we do not expect any major disruptions in service, you may experience intermittent connectivity when attempting to connect to VPN while accessing these sites:
- Weill Business Gateway (WBG)
- Weill Research Gateway (WRG)
- Jenzabar
- Epic
- Amazon Web Services
- Azure
- Services accessed by Qatar users
What do you need to do?
If you need to access the WCM network, please do so before this troubleshooting.
