What is i2b2?
Informatics for Integrating Biology and the Bedside (i2b2) enables researchers to query de-identified data from electronic health record (EHR) and research systems of Weill Cornell Medical College to discover cohorts of patients preparatory to research. With approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB), investigators can obtain identified data, including medical record numbers, for patients of interest.

How do I change my phone's password if I use the hot-desk feature and log in at other locations?
To change your password, pick up the receiver and:
- Enter the change password code #859 (listen for dial tone).
- Enter your 5-digit extension, followed by # (listen for silence).
- Enter your current password, then push # (listen for dial tone).
- Enter your new password (5 to 8 digits), then push # (listen for dial tone).
- Re-enter your new password, then push # (wait to hear confirmation tones).
- Hang up the receiver.

How do I transfer a call to someone's voicemail without ringing their phone?
During a call, perform the following steps:
- Press Transfer.
- Press the Message button or dial 16800.
- Press *.
- Dial the recipient's extension/mailbox number.
- Complete the transfer.

ITS is introducing Duo Two-Factor Authentication, a new service which adds an extra layer of security for faculty, staff, and students to help safeguard their data and ITS services. Starting mid-January, Duo will be utilized to better secure myApps and Webmail when you access these sites off campus.
How does Duo work?
Can I use LastPass on my mobile device?
Yes, with the Premium and Enterprise versions of LastPass you can install the LastPass app on your mobile devices to help manage mobile logins. LastPass supports every major smartphone and tablet, including Android, iOS, BlackBerry, and Windows Mobile devices. More information about using LastPass on mobile devices can be found here.
How do I import existing passwords (a.k.a. data) to LastPass?

What happens if I forget my LastPass master password?
If you go to log in and cannot remember your Master Password, click on this link to enter your email and have your password hint sent to you. The information that LastPass will email you is only what you entered as your password hint when you registered your Master Password. Neither LastPass nor your company has access to your Master Password and therefore cannot send you more than your password hint, so you may need to initiate the Account Recovery process.
