On Friday, April 3, the process for accessing Cisco Secure Client VPN services will change for call center staff. Staff will be asked to sign into the WCM Web Login page with their CWID and password in order to access VPN services.   

All Grant JV's requiring upload or release by Accounting must be received by/submitted to General Accounting no later than 12 pm on 4/3/2026. Entries submitted after the deadline will be posted to the following month.

All other JV's requiring upload or release by General Accounting must be received by/submitted to General Accounting no later than 12 pm on 4/06/2026.

Accounting Close for March is 4/07/2026.

Despite being relatively new to WCM, Christine Klucznik is already making big changes as the only woman in a cybersecurity risk analyst role in ITS. The FBI recently released a public service announcement urging the public to be aware of phishing campaigns led by led by Russian Intelligence Services (RIS) that are targeting messaging apps, like Signal, WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, and similar short message service (SMS) platforms.   

On Monday, March 23, the WCM App Store on macOS is getting a new look. All the same apps and services you currently enjoy will still be available, with a few updates in experience.

What does the new experience look like? 

The WCM App Store icon in your Applications folder and on your Dock will remain the same. The interface of the App Store itself will have an updated look and feel.

Keturah Young is a 15-year veteran of managing how ITS runs behind the scenes. And while she’s the go-to administrative assistant for many people in the department, Keturah’s resourcefulness has evolved into other skills to find even more ways to help her colleagues.

Keturah, tell us a little about your role in ITS.

I am an admin support, and support up to 16 people in ITS senior leadership. I help with meetings, supplies, onboarding and offboarding, taking care of the suite… my hands are in a lot of stuff.
