Shared mailboxes allow all customer email responses to go to a single mailbox location. Multiple users can have access to the mailbox and can check and respond to emails. Responses can appear as though they are coming from a generic email address.
This service is ideal for the centralized management of email responses within a workgroup. Emails sent from the shared mailbox can be set to appear in the sender's Sent Items folder, or in the Sent Items folder of the shared mailbox itself.
This service is available at no additional cost.
