WCM Here! allows members of the WCM community to interact with institutional events seamlessly through their mobile device. Available for iOS and Android, WCM Here! utilizes a location-based technology known as “beacons” to identify which campus event the attendee is part of, and allows event organizers to present timely information, like presentation files and surveys. By streamlining attendance gathering and post-event feedback, WCM Here! makes departmental events like Grand Rounds easier to manage.

Cost and Fees

Attendees can download the app and check into events for free. Current pricing to set up an event in the app is available on our Rates page under the "WCM Here Event Setup" category.
