Studies that use publicly available, de-identified genetic and genomic data from WCM can avail themselves of a number of different resources within ITS to facilitate computation and analysis.
Studies that use genetic and genomic data generated by clinical tests performed, deidentified data from externally hosted repositories (e.g. dbGaP, UK Biobank, TCGA) or data generated through animal experiments can use the resources of the High Performance Computing (HPC) core – for more information, click here.
Studies that use genetic data generated by clinical tests performed by WCM physicians are also possible. Through the ARCH program, ITS can provide both called variants from these assays and the raw, underlying BAM, FASTQ, and/or VCF files that generate final reports, given IRB approval. To request access to genomic data, please submit a Research Computing/Storage Request form.
