Please plan accordingly for the following Epic maintenance windows:
Friday, January 20 (1 am - 3 am)
Epic will be available in read-only mode from the “Epic Read Only” (SRO) icon on the App Store. Omnicell will be placed on Critical Override (except at our Queens location) during this planned downtime. Click here to access downtime resources.
Saturday, January 21 (1 am - 3 am)
Epic will undergo a planned Epic System Maintenance; please exit Epic, and open “Epic Read Only” (SRO) from the App Store. Omnicell will be on Critical Override (except at our Queens location) during the downtime. Click here to access downtime resources.

How Will This Affect You?
Once maintenance is complete on Saturday, you can exit Epic's read-only mode and open the standard application. Vitals info from Philips IBE devices will be delayed while queued data files into Epic. If you experience any issues, please contact the Service Desk.
