Scheduled Maintenance
Description
ITS will be conducting scheduled network maintenance to increase our core bandwidth and improve transfer speeds. This upgrade will occur within the following timeframe:
- Start: Friday, Dec. 15 at 10:15 p.m.
- End: Saturday, Dec. 16 at 3 a.m.
Several applications may have brief disruptions in service during this maintenance window. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Epic
- Cisco Secure Client (VPN)
- Wi-Fi access (NYP)
- Online Directory
- Weill Business Gateway
- Applications managed by ITS server hosting

How Will This Affect You?
Please plan accordingly and finish any critical work before or after the maintenance window. However, if you need to use these services during the maintenance and experience any access issues, please wait for approximately 30 minutes before attempting to use them again.
