Emergency Maintenance
Description
We will be conducting a system update that requires a brief pause for Epic on Saturday, December 17 at 1 a.m. During the pause, which is estimated to take about 3 minutes to complete, the system will temporarily suspend user activity.
You will receive a message that indicates the environment is paused. The screenshots provided below show a status bar that displays the progress of the update installation. When the environment is resumed, the system picks up your workflows where you left off, and you will not lose any of your work.
