On Friday, Mar. 1, ITS will be conducting an upgrade of our ServiceNow system from 7:30 p.m. – 1 a.m. the following morning, which powers the following services:
- myHelpdesk (myhelpdesk.weill.cornell.edu)
- myEHS (myehs.weill.cornell.edu)
- HR Solution Center (hrsc.weill.cornell.edu)
- ServiceNow web portal (sn.weill.cornell.edu)

How Will This Affect You?
