As part of ongoing efforts to ensure the resiliency of our business continuity plan, NYP is planning to conduct a disaster recovery (DR) exercise on Saturday, Mar. 16, from at 1 a.m. - 3 a.m. EDT.

How Will This Affect You?
During this time, Epic will be available in "READ-ONLY" mode. Epic mobile apps such as Epic Secure Chat, Rover, Haiku, and Canto will not be accessible. Please also note that interfaces into Epic will be temporarily disabled and messages will be queued up, to be filed back once the Epic Production system is restored. While NYP's goal is to have the system available as soon as possible, the planned outage for this maintenance is for two hours.
