3/18: Planned Epic System Maintenance

Description

On Saturday, March 18 from 1:00AM–3:00AM there will be planned system maintenance on Epic.

Epic will be available in *read-only mode*. Key downtime applications such as Epic Read Only and PACS are available in a dedicated downtime folder on the App Store, called Epic Downtime Applications.

Also, Omnicell will be placed on Critical Override (except Queens) during this planned downtime. Click here to access downtime resources.

Please exit Epic, and open “Epic Read Only” (SRO) from the App Store. Communication Prep - Before the Maintenance: Sign into your Epic role Enter preferred phone number when you sign in This Role and preferred phone number will help others to contact you during downtime Log into the Jabber app on your phone To be aware of once the full system is available again: All data sent to Epic from devices and other systems during the upgrade will be queued and file into Epic once the full system is restored although some time may be required for all data to come through.
