On Friday, April 19th from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m., ITS will be performing maintenance on our Cisco VPN Firewall Appliance.

How Will This Affect You?
During the maintenance window, you may experience brief interruptions in connectivity to and from WCM resources and the internet, but it is not expected while connected to our Cisco Secure Client.
For example:
- Connection to WCM resources like Cisco Secure Client VPN, or any WCM-hosted websites and applications may be briefly interrupted during the change while connected to our Cisco Secure Client.
- If you are connected to the WCM campus network, your access to external internet sites (e.g. Google, Facebook, YouTube) will not be interrupted during the change only if WCM users connect to Secure client.
