Scheduled Maintenance
Description
An upgrade to our Jenzabar server will take place at the following times:
NYC:
Thursday, June 10 at 5 p.m. – Saturday, June 12 at 12 midnight EDT
Qatar:
Friday, June 11 at 12 midnight – Saturday, June 12 at 7 a.m. AST
The following Jenzabar services will be impacted:
- Jenzabar EX client via Remote Desktop
- PowerFAIDS client via Remote Desktop
- LEARN web portal via https://learn.weill.cornell.edu/ICS/
- QLearn web portal via https://qlearn.qatar-weill.cornell.edu/ICS/
Please note that these services will only be down on Thursday, June 10 from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. (Qatar: Friday, June 11, 12 midnight – 3 a.m.). However, they could remain inaccessible for a longer period of time if any issues are experienced during the upgrade process.
