Scheduled Maintenance
Description
ITS will be conducting maintenance on our ServiceNow application on Friday, June 23 from 7:30 p.m. – 11 p.m. ServiceNow, which is used to manage sites like myHelpdesk, the Human Resources Service Center (HRSC), and the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) incident website, will be updated to be in compliance with the latest version of the application.

How Will This Affect You?
We do not anticipate any downtime or changes with this upgrade. However, should you experience any issues using the aforementioned sites after the maintenance is complete, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
