6/6: Student Information System Service Upgrade

ITS will be upgrading our Student Information System, Jenzabar, at the following times:  

• NYC: Thursday, June 6, from 5 p.m. – 12 a.m. midnight   
• Qatar: Friday, June 7, from 12 a.m. midnight  – 7 a.m. AST  

How does this affect you? 

This upgrade will affect students, staff, and faculty in NY and Qatar, including the following groups:

• Registrars (New York and Qatar)
• Student Accounting staff (New York)
• Financial Aid staff (New York)
• Students (New York and Qatar)
• Faculty/Advisors (New York and Qatar)
• All Educational staff (New York and Qatar)
• ITS teams (ETG for NY, ECS for Qatar)

The following systems will be unavailable during the upgrade window:  

• Student Information System
• Jenzabar EX client users, via Remote Desktop (New York and Qatar)
• NYC LEARN Portal: https://learn.weill.cornell.edu/ICS/
• QLEARN Portal: https://qlearn.qatar-weill.cornell.edu/ICS/
• Izenda web portal users via https://learn-izenda.weill.cornell.edu/Izenda (New York)
• NeInet
• PowerFAIDS client users, via Remote Desktop (New York only)

Additionally, you may experience intermittent connectivity as our technicians test the system after the upgrade.
