ITS will be upgrading our Jenzabar, our Student Information System, at the following times:
NYC: Thursday, June 8, from 5 p.m. – 12 midnight EDT
Qatar: Friday, June 9, from 12 midnight – 7 a.m. AST
This upgrade will affect educational staff – the Registrar's Office, Student Accounting, and Financial Aid – students, faculty, and IT teams who manage Jenzabar. The following services will be unavailable as we upgrade the system:
