NYC:
Thursday, June 9 at 5 p.m. EDT – Friday, June 10 at 9 a.m. EDT
Qatar:
Friday, June 10 at 12 midnight AST – Friday, June 10 at 4 p.m AST
Multiple Jenzabar services will be unavailable during the upgrade, including:

Jenzabar EX client via Remote Desktop
PowerFAIDS client via Remote Desktop
