8/9: Maintenance affecting VPN and eForms

Description

ITS will be conducting maintenance on our Cisco Secure Client VPN (formerly known as AnyConnect) on Wednesday, Aug. 9, from 7 p.m. – 12 midnight. This is being done to perform enhancements to our Duo service (Duo will not be impacted during the maintenance).     

If you attempt to log into your VPN service during this time, you may experience intermittent connectivity issues.   

Additionally, eForms within the Weill Business Gateway (WBG) will be impacted. While you will be able to log into the eForms module, adding attachments and completing submissions may be unavailable.

How Will This Affect You?

While you may be able to use VPN and some functions of eForms during the maintenance, we recommend planning accordingly. If you are working off-campus, complete important work requiring access to the WCMC network outside of maintenance hours, and submit any crucial eForms before 7 p.m.
